Bought a few pairs of wedding shoes from the Beautiful Bride Shop on the basis that they have a 90 day return policy and can provide returns from the UK for €4.95.
I wanted to return 2 pairs of shooed - return label would not work. I contacted support who said they would issue a return label from the UK, but then was ignored. I happened to be going to the Netherlands for my hen do (which is where this company is based), and only when I told them this, did I then get a return label emailed to me. I returned the shoes in July, have received a part-refund for one and no refund for the other. I have emailed them multiple times, even speaking with the owner, Johan, but am no closer to getting my money back and continue to have my emails ignored. No answer on the phone when I try calling. Now, at the end of October I am €140 out of pocket and will start legal action.
