I purchased a mobile phone from raylo to give to someone. However, I realized that it was a loaner mobilephone, and after 3 / 4 days, I asked for the service to be canceled without using the mobile phone for the necessary time. Yet raylo charged me £100 fine, plus £22 first month's fee. Even though I already sent the phone back in the first few weeks. I find it very sad and regrettable to pay £122 for something that has barely been used. That's why I don't advise you to use Raylo. It just goes to show that getting money is more important than a service. Because they said I have 14 days to return it. I returned it and a few days later, but look what happened.. Very disappointed. I avise raylo to read well, inform better before requesting the services.
Customer support is terrible. No email was received about trade in collection so I was not prepared when they arrived. Raylo refused to rearrange and cancelled the trade in.
