Would give 0 stars if I could. WORST retail company I have ever dealt with. The items I ordered were nothing like the pictures, extremely poor quality and like something you would receive from Wish. No customer service whatsoever, they completely ignored me. Did not receive any replies. Then I was charged twice for returning the items! They sent me the link for the returns portal which I had to make the returns payment through to get the returns label, they then also deducted the returns amount again from my refund! Emailed them about this and again they completely ignored me. They then also blocked me on Instagram. I understand they are a small business, but this service was an absolute joke. Would not recommend to anyone. They do not care about their customers whatsoever.
