After contacting Prestige Flowers online was offered £10 voucher as good will gesture not acceptable as I will never order from this company again
Flowers were for a funeral - no delivery but they charged card immediately
Impossible to contact, stopped payment by contacting card account.
Flowers ordered 21st for a very very dear friend, delivery 23rd. I knew Royal Mail would be on strike but commonsense dictated Prestige Flowers would not place orders for delivery on 23rd, 24th with Royal Mail but with Parcelforce, DPD, Evri etc. Wrong. Confirmation email "delivery on 23rd by Royal Mail". Oh dear. I used the contact form to query this : automated reply "delivery on 23rd by Royal Mail". 24th no delivery, still with Royal Mail. I emailed Sales : same automated reply. 28th 6 - SIX - days late the flowers were delivered. I emailed Customer Service earlier and got the same automated reply "delivery on 23rd by Royal Mail"! But this is now the 28th!!! I've yet to receive a reply from either Sales or Customer Services but, from looking at the difference between my two tracking numbers, they appear to have received 1800+ queries. I wonder why?! This is total incompetence, complete lack of foresight - essential in any business that operates online- and an appalling standard of customer service all round. The only positive is that my friend says the flowers have survived 8 days in transit but she could just be being very polite ...
I chose Prestige to send a bouquet to a poorly relative last Monday 12th Dec, paying for next day delivery, and also after checking they used 3rd party couriers due to the UK postal strike, however my £58 purchase is still sat in the Bristol sorting office, and I can get no one at Prestige to respond to emails, or their Bot ticket conversation from last Wednesday. Whilst I appreciate the postal strike is beyond their control, I specifically used them because of the 3rd party couriers, and now not to engage with me over the lack of product for my purchase, they are choosing to simply ignore it? Sadly I would never use Prestige again for this very reason, as whilst their bouquets may be lovely, the lack of good customer care is shocking.
We ordered funeral flowers from your company as you ensured next day delivery, we did pay for this.
You did dispatch the flowers the following day however the courier you use failed to deliver them on the day, therefore I had no flowers for the funeral.
Had I known your couriers would fail to meet your advertised guarantee I would have attempted to buy them from a local florist.
I waited at home all day for the delivery only to be disappointed..
When the flowers do arrive I have missed the funeral date and time, so disappointed.
Can I suggest you look at a more reliable courier who can deliver your flowers the next day.
1. I was unable to change the delivery date half an hour after it had been made.
2. When the flowers arrived – I was shocked as they did not match the image /bouquet that I ordered and the size was incredibly small. After 15% reduction I paid £70 (£69.99).
Absolutely shocking- I was completely ripped off, even after complaining -I was told by the manager that this was the correct size and was offered a £15 compensation. Big deal!!!!
Sadly one can not cancel an order, just 15 minutes after making it!
DO NOT USE!!!
Easy to order via website. Ordered flowers & vase to be delivered as a present for a birthday gift 2days in advance. Was given a date & they failed to deliver. Flowers arrived 1 day late & required a fair amount of denching in water to show some signs of life. Not expecting them to last long, £60 down the drain. Customer after service NOT a prestige service

The order was not delivered
When trying trying to contact customer services by phone
NO answer after numerous attempts
When contacted to ask to speak to someone the reply was - Unfortunately all the phone lines are down
E-mail contact only
There excuse THEY had inputted the delivery address wrong
The order total was £39 but were only offered a £15 pound VOUCHER....... or flowers re-delivered NOT the wine , because we have refused both offers
(Due to having already purchased & delivered ourselves ) they are closing the case
Absolutely SHOCKING non existent customer service
AVOID at all costs ............................
Given 3 different voucher numbers to use on next order. Ordered and told not valid paid PayPal and will talk with them. Refusing to accept credit have paid good money for 2 orders would not use them again or recommend them to anyone else.
Ordered arrived with 3 missing items and flowers definitely past their best. Did not last past 5 days although some did not make it to 3. Customer service took over a week to respond and not helpful.
Save your money or use another company .
