I had booked a taxi in Athens, Greece to the port. The taxi driver arrived on time, so that’s a good thing. However, when it came time to pay for the bill, he had literally overcharged me. The app had said one price and then, when we got to the part, he had charge me more than was on the app that I was told. I am not one for surprises. I’m not sure I want to use them again. Because of the fact that I don’t think I can trust them. I contacted them and they told me basically too bad!
Absolutely appalling service.
Booked in advance because I had a flight and cancelled exactly by thw minute the should have come. Thankfully, we managed to get an Uber and get to the airport on time. Absolutely avoid!!!
