Booked a holiday to DR arrived the room was not what. Expected contacted them we got ignored ended up having to sort ourselves

I have no good memories of loveholidays. They don't care about the client, they don't check the hotel when clients live in. they reply casually to the complain ... never agian

We arrived at our booked hotel in bulgaria, golden sands in the early hours only to be told that our hotel was now a home for Ukrainian refugees and we had another hotel all of which love holidays never told us, our new hotel was meant to be all inclusive the food was terrible ( wouldn't feed it to my dog) and they kept running out of beer, waiting times were terrible as the bar was not staffed all of the time, throughout the 4 days I only saw 4 members of staff. I tried to complain to love holidays and everything is via email and you go from one agent to another without resolving the issues, no compensation was offered they just don't care, my advice pay the extra and choose a proper holiday company where you can actually call someone.

Booking was easy, but did not realised details were incorrect for my Hotel, arrived in Rome to find out my hotel was outside rome, while on the website and booking details all indicate tgat it was in Rome. Transfer were shady, seem like a ramdon guy with a mini bus, no branding or uniform and did not even check paperwork, we walked for 10min before boarding this shuttle bus which was not even parked in the airport carpark. They dropped us off at this address tgat was similary to the hotel but fail to recognise it was not in Rome. When we got dropped off we could not find our hotel, and by help from locals reliased it was outside rome. Rang the emergency line and they had no suggestions or alternatives accomedation to offer. We booked ourselves to a local hotel with much of the day spend on their pbone line that takes forever to get throught. Scary, shambolic and ruined our first experience in Rome. Will not use them again

Booked a holiday with flexible payment plan and completed the wrb form with deposit. Upon receipt of the confirmation we learned that there was an error with the names.
Luckily I had screen shot the original webform, my partner wanted to forward me the details before proceeding as I was away.
The first thing a customer would naturally do is to contact the customer support, apparently they cannot be reached at all, no contact telephone or email or even a post. The only way to contact them is via Insta chat which I found it odd.
We explained our issue and our expectations is to be dealing with a "Customer Service" but instead it was an arrogant angry 'pimp behaving' person who was extremely defensive not accepting any of our explanation and insisting that the fault lays on us.
Bare in mind that we only requested to correct the names, finally the agreed but for an extra charge, just to change names
We refused to pay and explained that it is not fair, the arrogant person snapped and said that our order is canceled, no refind will be issued and they will not discuss this booking any further, also threaten us clearly that if we informed our bank they will then dispute and fight back, then he left the chat.
We informed our bank that our order was cancelled for no reason from their side, we provided our story and in return, the the arrogant customer care has Don exactly what he said, he informed our bank that we initiated the cancellation and now our moneys are gone.

shocking , shambolic outfit. Had to issue small claims court judgement( WHICH I WON WITH ALL COSTS AWARDED) Its the quickest and easiest way to get your money back.

Absolutely shambles of a company. Rude arragant staff. If you need to change anything on your booking expect to wait about 3 weeks. Can’t talk to a person. Numerous on line chat and emails. Staff don’t care. AVOID at all costs

The booking process is very easy but it is not made clear that all this company are is booking agents. There is no additional help should you have any questions and once you are at the hotel you are on your own! Our hotel was dreadful, not at all as described - we paid for a sea view and had none! Sheets didn’t fit the bed, food dreadful, room shabby… the list goes on. This was described as a 4 star with good reviews, we were so dissatisfied & disappointed but only had the hotel manager to speak to. Our holiday cost £4000 - I would never use love holidays again and would certainly advise anyone I know not to.

Missed flight airline said amend for free tried contacting emergency number because 3rd party who made booking had to amend flight they sent email saying I’d used flight told on every phone call at Gatwick got no where nxt day back Gatwick to see notes on system check in had left tried all day calling just lied to on every call to get call that afternoon to say noing could be dun drove back Sheffield and rung airline in America they amend flight for free drove back Gatwick for flights rung back to make sure booking still there said yes sort it arrived in Las Vegas no hotel had to pay for self never use this company take money then ur on own

Straight fwd booking.
With breakfast inc in the cost.
We arrived at the accommodation to check in without any issue.
We asked about breakfast times to be comfirmed from the book in desk.
They confirmed that they do not have facilities to cater for food.
They also confirmed that this was the 3rd occasion over a 9 day period that loveholiday confirm bookings with breakfast.
This is totally wrong what they do.
Ive contacted them on 4 occasions but they also closed my booking order once ive complained.
Ive also fwd videos off earthplant equipment rock breaking from 8am until 1900 hrs.
This was carried out for 5 full days lying at a swimming pool with having thus from 250 metres from our accommodation.
