Normally my orders go through OK but on this occasion I hit a problem. Customer service didn't properly READ the issue. I dealt with 7 customer service individuals who just palmed me off with an excuse. I ended up writing to Head Office and to date I have not had a reply to apologise. I am a human being and expect to be treated like one and not just a computer entry. I have had no explanation nor acknowledgement of my letter leaving me very upset when I took the trouble to explain.

Returned items in one single container but was only provided a refund for prescription box no refund for other items. I queried the remaining money but was told that they did not received them. This is not possible as all the items was returned in the same box. How is it possible that they received some items and not the others. I email Exante several times and getting no response to some of my messages having to constantly chased for response. It seems like Exante just do not want to refund my money.
