I placed an order and can't get a refund.
I placed an order which the company cancelled themselves, citing an internal "systems issue." That's fine mistakes happen. What isn't fine is that nearly a week later, I still don't have a refund. I've called multiple times and been intentionally disconnected on more than one occasion, and my written complaint has gone unanswered.

I paid for something I never received, through no fault of my own, and I'm now having to pursue this through my bank and formal consumer channels just to get my own money back. Customer Service rating 0/10, Response time 0/10. Even left a note for the CEO on his Linkedin and no response. This company is a farce. Expect your money to go the way of your product order... poof... no longer exists. If your order gets cancelled, expect this nonsense.
