It is now 10 weeks that I have been waiting for my order of lights. I made the original order for the lights to be delivered to Portugal. I received a confirmation email of this. Later I received an email to say that the order would be delayed. After waiting further I emailed lampara.es to find out why the lights had not been delivered. I was then told that the order had been cancelled as lampara.es had not taken the money in time. I was informed that my only option would be to make a new order. I did so but this time I could not have a delivery to Portugal as lampara.es had changed its policy. I had to redo the order again and I selected a DPD drop off point in Ayamonte, Spain. The first 3 lights were sent and I collected them. The rest of the order did not arrive. I emailed lampara.es to ask where the order was as clearly there was a problem. I was just sent a link to the tracking information which stated that the delivery was sitting in Huelva. I see that it has now been sent back to Germany. Eviidently the delivery company could not locate its own selected drop off point.
