I ordered an item on 10th December which was formally confirmed on 12th December. On 14th December DPD's web site showed that the parcel had been received and was being held at DPD's Preston Depot, where it has remained ever since. I have made numerous call to the depot to find out why the parcel is being held and received a wide range of differing excuses. During each call they say that they will now resolve the matter and the parcel will be delivered the next day. It has not!
I can understand mistakes being made, especially at this time of year, but failing to rectify them and make promises they appear to have no interest in keeping shows the disregard for customer service.
DPD is a company I shall avoid at all costs in future.
I sent an item to a customer and it was damaged at the delivery depot. Set up an online refund and complaint and attached ALL evidence required. This wasn't good enough for DPD LOCAL as they spent the next 4 months asking for the same evidence I had given on numerous occasions.
Because I didn't reply to their request for proof of purchase, which I had already sent (original invoice from Wicks) on numerous occasions they have closed my case. There's no contact phone no or email address and the only way forward is this useless online portal.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! DO NOT USE DPD LOCAL.
Rubbish company not the first time they have let me down was in when they said they missed me don’t know why I have to wait another three days to get my parcel
The worst and most unreliable delivery services.
They do not care at all...Customer Service NIL !!!!!
They just deliver when THEY WANT and not the times or dates they advise.
