The first purchase in the Maastricht shop went well, the staff was very helpful. I bought several items.
I returned the shoes and received a voucher for 109,99EUR which could be used to buy other items within the next 12 months.
In the meantime, the Maastricht shop went suddenly out of business so I could not exchange the voucher for other items in Maastricht. I explained the situation to the Italian customer support asking for help. After an exchange of emails intended to clarify the details on the voucher and how to use it effectively to ship items from Italy to Belgium, the customer support waited until the expiry of the voucher and stopped replying. I lost more than 100 EUR which is not the end of the world for me but definitely a very bad customer experience. I also advise them to produce tickets with a more resistant ink so that the tickets remain fully readable
