I paid £752 in early August, to pick up a rental car at Montego Bay airport in Jamaica. On arrival (middle of the night with two kids), no car was available. We had to hire a car from a guy standing around outside the airport. I've spent nearly 5 months trying to get a refund. Very poor communication. They tried lots of tricks ("You should ring the airport", "We never received the money"). Despite sending them proof of the transfer and a Bank Statement, they insist they never received the money and will not refund!!

I cancelled my reservation in June 23, and was told a refund would be with me in 10 days. Two months later no refund. They won’t respond to emails and won’t take phone calls!

Truly awful company that I wouldn’t recommend anyone using
