Expert review
No shipping and ctrl+v support.

On June 10th, I ordered yss shock absorber for my Honda Hornet 900F.
The site said "Shipped within 3 days" and that it was and still is in stock.
They created shipping label 14.06 June (yes, I know it was the weekend before and it is fine). "The Sender informed us that they had prepared the parcel for shipment. The journey of the parcel has not yet begun."
And guess what? It is still stuck there, week after order. So technically, it's not even shipped yet.
I've mailed and asked earlier to be sure that I can receive the item at a reasonable time because I'm going on a long European trip on June 23.
Sometimes they write in English, sometimes they write in Italian, and sometimes they don't at all, like now :).
I've asked if there is anything on earth possible that I can do to ship item they have faster. I would even pay more for a better courier or something like that, but they did not offer anything (no response).

The funniest part is that on the same day, June 10, I ordered a lot of parts from Germany and France as well (I've received them already). And one from England—do I need to remind anyone that they are outside the European Union? Guess what again? Even the English parcel that had to go through customs and be checked is already in my hands.

I would understand if they really sent the package, but it was stuck somewhere between the countries (Italy and Poland). But no, it was not sent at all.

So, I'm not happy, I do not recommend it, and I have not even received the item yet. For me, it's a failure.
Maybe I'll get the item, maybe I won't, but receiving it before my trip would be the biggest surprise on the planet.
It was my mistake to choose this shop, and unfortunately I'm going to pay the price for it by not having a properly working rear shock on my motorcycle for my trip and wasting precious days to order it somewhere else (frozen money anyway :( )
Maybe I'm impatient and needy, but the least I expect is for someone to try to help or respond to an email without using CTRL+v.
The only part I'm happy about is that I paid by card, so there is always a chargeback to save me.

A simple explanation of why a shipping label was created but the item was never handed over to the transport company would be enough for me to be calm or understanding.
Since you don't want to provide that answer and respond to an email, we are making this review.
Just say sorry we cant ship it because "something something something" it really would be enough for me not to worry or to accept the situation.
PS:
Even your confirmation email said (after I paid):
"EXPECTED TIMELINES
The package will be entrusted to the courier approximately by 14-06-2023
Delivery is expected approximately by 16-06-2023"
