They listed a G-Shock Watch GBD-H2000 for a great sale price of 189.50. I was expecting swift delivery based on estimates in site. 4 days after ordering I received an email saying shipping was delayed and item would be dispatched n in 1 to 2 days. Heard nothing else for about a week or two. Phoned up and was told they are waiting for the item from Casio. Meanwhile the item has remained on the site and showing as able to be delivered next day (at original price or 379). Waited another two weeks no contact from anyone. Phoned up was told Casio are no longer allowing them to sell these for some reason. I requested a refund. Lady tried to sell me another watch no apologies or anything. A few more weeks later and the item it still showing their site as available to buy. I got a refund a week or so later. Poor customer service. Take your money no item no communication and false advertising on site.
