I ordered and received a aftershave mister that didn't contain all of the listed accessories. The mister was also defective (leaked). After sending multiple pictures and videos of the conditions, Barber nation offered a replacement and emailed me a replacement order number. It's been almost 4 weeks and the replacement item hasn't shipped. I checked the status of the order on their website and it's pending.

Would like to receive the items I paid for. Customer service is non existent.
