Ordered, at the cart it said 2 items would not be added because they were out of stock. Delivery guy tells me to offload all items from his truck. Payment accepted. Two more items missing. I was charged for these two.

Please we're sorry, there are choices of a gift card or refund. "refund"... 3 days later, " wheres my refund?"
