I ordered 4 shades of green samples. Then placed online order for the chosen shade. I double checked it was green velvet material but received turquoise instead. On ringing Customer services, I enquired if I could get the correct replacement colour - that’s a no. I enquired if I could get a discount on the correct colour - that’s a no. I enquired if online orders are linked to the sample requests - that’s a no. Zero customer service.
Just hope that you wont receive a damaged item like i did, because they dont answer your calls or emails. I had to purchase another 3 metres for a curtain project because they ignored my report and have not given a free replacement.
