I am totally dissatisfied with my experience at Gerry Weber Cairo Festival City branch in Egypt, It was the worst quality and worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, I had purchased two times from the store, some items that didn’t last for one or two months and found to be defective, the first time the store refused to return the item and forced me to replace it with another one which also found to be defective, there was no follow up with my complaint about product defect, they didn’t care about negative word of mouth, the last time I made the request to return the defective product was since last summer 2021 with no one cared to follow up with me and after so many calls they refused to return the defective item as they claim it was from a long time period, I told them it is there fault as they reserved the item all this time and no one was following up with me even though they already had my mobile number and I called them several times, then after almost one year, they refused my request and gave me a customer service contact to follow up with them who were also very unprofessional and didn’t follow up with me. I’ll never repeat this experience and won’t recommend any one to buy from Gerry Weber.
