I've bought the same item from them several times, each time received within the advertised 3-4 working days.

But my last order, placed on 17 December, given to DPD on the 18th, was (according to suivi) stuck in a warehouse in Holland until yesterday, when it was returned to sender.

Meanwhile Brekz have not kept me informed and have failed to answer my increasingly urgent enquiries.
