This is the first time I have ordered from Lummi. Salmon is the only fish I eat… Wild Salmon. I do not buy it from the market.
I have been purchasing online from various companies thru out. It’s definitely been good but “outstanding”? Not yet.

So thou I just received my order I have not yet cooked my 1st piece. But I would like to say and this might sound like I’m a little picky but I notice everything.
- the box was in good shape, sealed well, seams met, solid padding, no movement
- fish in separate appropriate silver bag w dry ice
- individual fish sealed air tight, consistent size cutting with attached label
- packing slip w listed items ordered
- my fish was as frozen as a rock!

This is the nicest presentation I have received w informative information on individual colored cards that any customer would like to see, should know and gives you a picture of who this company is.

Because I have ordered from others thru out the years, believe me there’s a difference.

I know I haven’t tasted the fish yet but this is an excellent start ! My goal is to buy from only one company.
