After receiving an email stating my credit card was declined I attempted three times to call them wasting more than an hour. So I then tried to do digitally what a joke that was. I followed their link I received in an email to change the credit card. After an hour and 40 minutes of being bounced around from one person to another and nothing being achieved I told them to cancel the whole thing. Instead of saying and or giving a response they rudely sent a BS automated response the same nonsense they sent in the email and disconnected the chat mind you all. I went through for people all along the same questions and all saying this is not the right department please do not end chat I will get you to the right department. Four different departments and they still couldn't do what they contacted me for. I will never use them again I will stick with Expedia as I used the same credit card and had absolutely no issues and I will never use or recommend cheapo air not even to my worst enemy..
