Ordered, at the cart it said 2 items would not be added because they were out of stock. Delivery guy tells me to offload all items from his truck. Payment accepted. Two more items missing. I was charged for these two.
Emailed support with the order number. "Can you send a screenshot?" Okay here's the two items. "Can you send a screenshot of all missing items?" It's 2 items and I just sent them. 1 week later: "where's my refund?" It has been forwarded to a department. 4 days later, "I will let everyone know how well you treat your customers". Please we're sorry, there are choices of a gift card or refund. "refund"... 3 days later, " wheres my refund?"
