Really disappointed, I actually emailed them with a query about the Van rubber mat as its not mentioned on there website other than a Random photo and no description.
The reply was pretty poor "Hi, the mat you will receive is the shape shown at the top. The car mats are just showing examples of quality etc"
So I thought I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, as the product looked pretty good from the photo.
No I was very wrong! It came pretty swiftly, but was in two halves and no loading anchor points cut out as shown in the photo and no mention of it being in two halves on the website. To add to the sh!te service the mat doesn't even fit the van.
I've emailed them to say its not on!
Response was -
"Hi, thanks for your message
Apologies about this. The large rear mats come in 2 pieces as they are too big for the machine to do in 1 cut
Sorry for any inconvenience caused"
They haven't answered any of my emails, explaining they haven't sent me what I paid for and I want a refund.
No response and no telephone number to call them on!!
I'm £69 out of pocket!!
Steer clear, absolute shower!!
